faith-and-gutz: Alright, so I saw you post a picture of the Arctic Zero 150 calorie pint ice cream and I was curious, does it taste good? I questioned paying five bucks for it but I wanted to know if it was good first.

It was good but if your a big ice cream lover then it really doesn’t compare to the real stuff! The vanilla one has a good taste, the chocolate not so much. If you want ice cream and you have good control of potion size then I’d say just go for the real stuff.

Tonight’s dinner was amazing! Salmon, cod, razor clams (that I caught) all baked in the oven with a side of brown rice. Then I sautéed rainbow chard, onions, and a red bell pepper. 530 calories total.

Today’s creation is cabbage rolled chicken enchiladas. Shredded chicken with mushrooms, green onions, salsa, franks red hot sauce, Mexican blend cheese all rolled into a cabbage leaf. Then covered in enchilada sauce and more cheese. Normally one chicken enchilada is around 500 calories but these are only 260 calories per enchilada. This would go great with a side of refried beans and rice. 😊

After clam digging last weekend I decided to make some homemade clam chowder! It feels great to work for your food! And the chowder turned out delicious!

Portobello mushroom cap covered with spinach and cheese! 250 calories lunch. It may not look to appealing, but it was delicious! I added a little garlic and honey mustard sauce to add more flavor.

I am not someone who someone would expect to be fast. Or train an average of 1-3 hours everyday. I have a bit of a gut. My form (due to my weak hip strength) is bad - look at my collapsing knee and the way my leg fat flings to the right.)
BUT I beat everyone by 3 minutes in a 10k averaging 6:35/minutes a mile. That win includes male and female racers.
Just proving that you cant judge a book by it’s cover. Just because someone doesnt look like the fitblr pictures on tumblr doesnt mean they are not a bad-ass athlete or are any less “fit”.

Also proving that its ok to have bad race photos haha.

This girl kicks ass! Way to go!!

On Saturday I went the longest distance I have ever ran before. I ran for 4.5 miles straight, without stopping. That was one of the best feeling I’ve ever had! My legs are getting so much stronger and really starting to tone up! I have to admit something I never thought I’d say… I LOVE RUNNING! πŸƒ
